Jeremy Donegan

Based in Sussex, I have specialised in landlord and tenant work for many years, with a particular emphasis on leasehold disputes and enfranchisement.. I also sit as a fee paid Judge on the London Panel of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).

 

I work for both freeholders and leaseholders, and for many years volunteered for the Brighton Leaseholders Assocation, which provides pro bono assistance to leaseholders.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, running, surfing and frequent family trips to Cornwall.
