I have specialised in leasehold enfranchisement since 2016 and enjoy assisting tenants and landlords alike with their needs, including informal and statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, the Right of First Refusal, deeds of variation, licences to alter and, more recently landlord and tenant litigation matters.

I pride myself on my client care and being able to give my clients easy to understand advice, making sure they understand the processes every step of the way.

I have a particular interest in the recent Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 and aspire to gain further knowledge in all areas of property law.

In my spare time I like to keep active and enjoy various fitness activities, including exploring the beautiful South West Coast where I am lucky enough to live. I regularly hike along the South West Coastal Path and on Dartmoor and enjoy taking part in hiking challenges (who doesn’t love a challenge!?)
